City of Moses Lake Notice of Application and Public Hearing Fei Fei Ya LLC submitted an application for a Conditional Use Permit on October 17, 2018. The application was determined to be substantially complete and ready for review on October 30, 201. The project location is North Pointe Manufactured Home Community, 4727 NE Owen Road. The proposal is to complete the expansion and development of the existing mobile home park by adding in phases, up to 85 new lots. The current phase will add 30 new lots. Private streets and utilities will be extended to serve the additional spaces. The project has been determined to be consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan and the following development regulations are applicable to the project: City of Moses Lake Municipal Code Title 14 Environmental Regulations, Title 16 Buildings and Construction, Title 18 Zoning, and Title 20 Development Review Process. The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for this project at 7:00 pm, December 13, 2018 in the City Council Chambers located at 401 S. Balsam. All interested parties are encouraged to attend and make comment. Comments on this proposal from public agencies with jurisdiction will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on November 23, 2017. Comments on this proposal from the general public will be accepted up to the date of the public hearing. In addition, persons who want to be informed of future actions or the final decision on this proposal should provide their name and address to the project planner listed below. The final decision on this proposal will be made within 120 days of the date of the notice of completeness and may be appealed according to the City appeal provisions specified in Moses Lake Municipal Code 20.11, Appeals.
