Report of theft from a business at 601 S. Pioneer Way. Unknown male and female suspect, each in their late 20s, allegedly took several items of clothing and didn’t pay.

Report of vandalism at a business at 1037 W. Marina Dr. Unknown suspect allegedly broke the window of a car parked at the business.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at SR-17 and North Stratford Road. Driver of vehicle 2 stopped for a stop sign, and was rear-ended by driver of vehicle 1.

Report of theft from a business at 960 N. Stratford Rd. Male suspect was cited for third-degree theft.

A man, no age listed, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

A 35-year-old man was arrested for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Nov. 6

A woman was arrested for fourth-degree assault after she assaulted her sister in the 500 block of South Canterbury Lane.

Report of two propane tanks stolen from a backyard in the 1000 block of West Lakeside Drive.

An unknown vehicle struck another vehicle in the 800 block of East Hill Avenue and fled the scene.

Report of a female suspect stealing items from Safeway and fleeing the scene.

Report of a burglary/home invasion in the 2800 block of West Broadway Avenue. The incident is under investigation.

Report of an unknown driver striking a vehicle in a parking lot on East Kittleson Road and fleeing the scene.

A man advised of a white Ford Bronco speeding in the area of West Luta Street and North Paxson Drive. Police could not locate the vehicle.

A man reported that three very aggressive dogs chased him and his dogs.

A woman reported that someone threatened to burn her house down.

A woman reported that when her ex-boyfriend came to pick up his mail at her house he said rude things and wouldn’t stop calling.

A pizza delivery driver was reportedly robbed at knifepoint.

A student at Park Orchard Elementary was reportedly bitten by a dog at the bus stop.

A man reported his cell phone stolen.

A woman reported receiving a fraudulent phone call purporting to be from the IRS.

A man reported his wallet missing.

A man reported that his brother was trying to take his trailer for unknown reasons.

A woman reported that somebody called her and threatened to kill her.

A woman reported her laptop and medication stolen.

Eliazar Ramos, 39, Moses Lake, was booked into the Grant County Jail on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant, and an outstanding Benton County warrant for possession of heroin.

Michael Rocha, 32, Spokane, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant for second-degree assault with intent to commit a felony, and an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Larry Marvin, 48, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

James Kinnard, 38, Grand Coulee, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Alyssa Khamsouk, 27, Pasco, was booked on an outstanding Benton County warrant for possession of heroin.

Vitaliy Kravchenko, 24, Lake Stevens, was booked for second-degree criminal trespassing and second-degree malicious mischief.

Donald Bodeau, 51, Grand Coulee, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for possession of controlled substances.

David Whitmer, 46, Moses Lake, was booked for possession of methamphetamines, obstructing law enforcement, resisting arrest and on outstanding GCDC warrants for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), resisting arrest and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Alex Yzaguirre, 28, Kennewick, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant for violation of a protection order.

Marco Aguilar Martinez, 25, Mattawa, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for driving without a valid driver’s license or other identification.

Joshua Avalos, 27, Quincy, was booked for obstructing and on outstanding GCDC warrants for two counts fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), two counts of third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence) and one count of third-degree theft (domestic violence).

Raymond Atchison, 62, Electric City, was booked for second-assault (domestic violence) and resisting arrest.

Kortnie Loera, 21, Moses Lake, was booked for second-degree burglary and third-degree theft.

Rafael Carrasco Lima, 42, Moses Lake, was booked for fourth-degree assault and interfering with reporting of domestic violence.

James Bortz, 50, Ephrata was booked for outstanding GCDC warrants for criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct.

Steven Fisch, 36, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).

Torrell McLemore, 26, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).
