Nov. 1
Report of a vehicle prowled and two bicycles stolen in the 1000 block of West Lakeside Drive.
A man reported a light bar was stolen off of his truck in the 700 block of South Locust Lane.
Report of a backpack stolen from the Moses Lake Skate Park.
Report of a subject stealing over $600 worth of merchandise from Lowe’s Home Improvement.
A man reported someone stole a heater and hose from his behind his residence in the 1000 block of West Cascade Avenue.
Report of several high school students throwing eggs at the front office doors to Peninsula Elementary. Most of the suspects have been identified by police.
A man was trespassed from Safeway after he was asking patrons for money and acting odd.
A woman reported her dog was put down due to ingesting rat poison. Two deceased cats were also found near the woman’s residence on West Cascade Avenue. No signs of trauma were seen on the cats and the woman was advised to be on the lookout for strange food in her backyard.
Two subjects were caught stealing $10 worth of food from WinCo Foods.

Nov. 1
Jeffrey Olsen, 50, of Coulee Dam, was booked on a Department of Corrections arrest and detain order.
Steven Landa, 33, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for forgery.
Toby Moore, 27, of Ephrata, was arrested and booked for third-degree malicious mischief.
Michael Dunn, 47, of Soap Lake, was booked on a DOC detainer.
Dakota Lazier, 23, of Ephrata, was booked on a DOC detainer.
Clyde Pottruff, 56, of Soap Lake, was booked on a DOC detainer.
Justin Gentemann, 28, of Coulee Dam, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for third-degree assault and fourth-degree assault.
Victor Ramirez, 27, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on outstanding Grant County District Court warrants for third-degree malicious mischief, reckless endangerment and third-degree driving with a suspended license.
Fernando Saldana Puentes, 25, of Mattawa, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.
Nov. 2
Leonardo Lopez, 25, of Quincy, was arrested and booked for DUI and attempting to elude.
