Oct. 29

Report of vehicle prowl at North Dale Road and West Loop Drive. Lock on a trailer was cut and doors opened, but reporting party said nothing was stolen.

Report of vandalism at a residence in the 1500 block of West Marina Drive. Reporting party said backyard light was turned off and the door to an outbuilding was opened.

Report of theft at a residence in the 1100 block of East Lark Avenue. Unknown male suspect took several items from reporting party’s truck. No estimate of value.

Report of burglary at a business at 223 E. Third Ave. Thieves broke the front window and took the cash register and consumer electronics. Estimated value $300.

Report of theft from a business at 1005 N. Stratford Rd. A woman, no age given, allegedly took about $40 in merchandise and was cited.

Report of theft from a residence in the 500 block of South Grand Drive. Suspect stole battery from a vehicle. Suspect was described as wearing a black shirt, green sweat pants and DC hat.

A juvenile girl, no age listed, was arrested on outstanding warrants.

A man, no age listed, was arrested on outstanding felony warrants.

Report of attempted burglary at a residence in the 800 block of South Division Street. Unknown suspects attempted to pry open the door.

A woman reported someone used her credit card while she was on vacation.

A Moses Lake High School student told a faculty member he was going to kill one of the school's principals after he was given lunch detention. The student was expelled and a report will be filed for harassment.

Report of numerous items stolen out a vehicle in the 2100 block of South Crestmont Drive.

A wallet and notebook were found in an alley behind a residence in the 1300 block of West Ivy Avenue.

A woman was cited and released for third-degree theft after she stole $83 worth of items from Walmart.

Report of an erratically driven vehicle in the area of East Nelson Road and South Monroe Street. By the time police arrived the vehicle was already parked and unoccupied.

A man was permanently trespassed from the Burger King on South Maiers Road.

Report of unknown subjects taking pumpkins off of a porch in the 1400 block of West Electra Street and throwing them into the street.

Report of a vehicle prowl in the 700 block of South Poplar Street.

Officers assisted Soap Lake police with the recovery of a stolen firearm at a business in the 300 block of South Division Street.

Report of numerous items stolen out of a storage unit in the 3400 block of Citation Road Northeast.

Report of a window shattered by an unknown object in the 800 block of East Plum Street.

A man advised his handgun is missing from his gun safe in the 900 block of East Cherry Avenue.

Report of a rifle stolen from an apartment in the 1000 block of South Eastlake Drive.

Report of numerous items stolen off a porch in the 1200 block of South Balsam Street.

An unknown suspect stole a bottle of alcohol from Safeway and fled the scene.

Isai Ramirez Alvarez, 25, Moses Lake, was booked for possession of heroin, second-degree malicious mischief, obstructing, and on outstanding GCSC warrants for first-degree burglary, second-degree robbery, violation of a no-contact order (domestic violence), third degree theft, interfering with reporting domestic violence and possession of methamphetamines; and outstanding GCDC warrants for violation of a no-contact order, driving without ignition interlock and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Billy Evans, 30, Richland, was booked for first-degree driving with a suspended license.

Jesse Humphrey, 21, Moses Lake, was booked for possession of a controlled substance and third-degree theft.

Oct. 30

Malachi Paris, 22, Ephrata, was booked for third-degree driving with a suspended license and outstanding GCDC warrants for four counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Mohamed Jalloh, 32, Seattle, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI.

Arturo Nieto Chavez, 33, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Jack Melson, 64, of Moses Lake, was booked for fourth-degree assault.

Brian Smith, 19, of Moses Lake, was booked on two Department of Corrections warrants for probation violations.

Charlie Craig, 25, of Grand Coulee, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrant for driving without a valid operator’s license and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Delana Williams, 40, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for third-degree assault.

Jeremy Bensch, 36, of Lynnwood, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for first-degree trafficking stolen property.

Delbert Richmond, 65, of Keller, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock system.

Oct. 31

Belen Villarreal, 31, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for first-degree robbery and first-degree assault.

Dion Brown, 31, of Soap Lake, was arrested and booked for second-degree burglary.

Troy Davis, 48, of Quincy, was arrested and booked for fourth-degree assault.
