Trooper of the year

Trooper Brian Moore/courtesy photo Trooper Jeff Anderson, of Wenatchee, has been named 2017 District 6, which covers Okanogan, Chelan, Douglas, Kittitas and Grant Counties, Trooper of the Year. Anderson received the award for leading District 6 in DUI apprehension and criminal arrests and for constantly focusing on collision-causing violations. He also organizes speed and traffic safety emphasis in Chelan and Douglas counties.
