Report of vandalism at a business at 1607 W. Broadway Ave. A female was cited for throwing a rock through the window of a vehicle. The woman was taken to Samaritan Hospital after she banged her head against a telephone pole, injuring herself.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the parking lot of a business at 1005 N. Stratford Rd. Two vehicles were backing up and ran into each other.

A 22-year-old man was cited for third-degree theft after he allegedly attempted to steal merchandise from a business at 601 S. Pioneer Way.

Report of two-vehicle, hit and run accident in the 100 block of South Alder Street. Vehicle 1 was parked when driver of vehicle 2 hit the driver side mirror. Vehicle 2 was described as a white box truck with the word “Basin” written on it.

Report of graffiti with a threatening message at Chief Moses Middle School, 1111 E. Nelson Rd.

Report of attempted fraud at a business at 500 S. Pioneer Way. Fraudulent prescription notices were sent to the business’s pharmacy, but the prescriptions didn't request any controlled substances and were never picked up. Reporting party said this is the third incident, but no one has ever inquired about the prescriptions or attempted to pick them up.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at Mart Road and North Stratford Road. Driver of vehicle 1 was cited for failing to yield the right of way and driving without a valid driver’s license or other identification.

Report of theft from a business at 601 S. Pioneer Way. Unknown suspect stole a case of beer and undetermined number of bottles of liquor.

Report of stolen vehicle in the 1000 block of West Third Avenue. Reporting party said she had been letting the suspect use the vehicle because she had access to a different car. When she asked for her vehicle back the suspect refused to return it. Suspect went to jail, the car was impounded, the reporting party got the car back, but when the suspect was released from jail he took the car from her residence.

Report of a two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the parking lot of a business at the intersection of North Stratford Road and South Alder Street.

Report of theft from a residence in the 1700 block of South Turnagin Place. Sometime during the night unknown suspects stole a trolling motor off a boat. The motor is described as a 2002 Yamaha 8hp, grey with a white prop, serial number 69GL-900231.

Report of theft from a business at 1005 N. Stratford Rd. Suspect fled when contacted by store employees; the vehicle, a green Cadillac, was found later, unoccupied. The stolen merchandise was recovered from the vehicle.

Report of two-vehicle, minor-injury accident on North Paxson Drive. Drivers exchanged information and left the scene; driver of vehicle 2 called from the hospital to report the accident. Driver of vehicle 1 has outstanding warrants, driver’s license is suspended and could not be located.

Report of fraud. Victim said she met the suspect through social media; he said he was selling iPhones for $400. Victim met him and bought the phone, but it was fake.

Report of theft at a business at 1005 N. Stratford Rd. Two subjects were ringing up wrong prices for merchandise in the self-checkout line.

Report of theft from a residence in the 1200 block of West Lakeside Drive. Victim said suspect was visiting and allegedly took a video game player and an estimated $350 in old coins.

A man, no age given, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

A subject, no age given, was cited for DUI and possession of marijuana less than 40 grams.

Report of stolen bike at a residence in the 1900 block of South Leanne Avenue.

A 51-year-old woman was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Report of two-vehicle, hit and run accident at East Broadway Avenue and South Alder Street. Vehicle that fled the scene was described as a gold Nissan Altima.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of Laguna Drive and Sage Road. Driver of vehicle 1 was arrested for DUI. His vehicle was towed.

A woman reported that someone had just broken a window on her house.

A woman reported finding her front door unlocked and $500 stolen.

A man reported that a intoxicated male was refusing to leave and assaulted a family member.

A man reported that someone knocked on his window late at night.

A man reported that someone came to his apartment and threatened him.

A woman reported that a dog killed two of her roosters.

Gas was reported stolen from tanks at a farm.

A man reported that someone pulled a gun on him and hit him with a large stick.

A woman reported that someone called her and threatened her life.
