Report of graffiti on a dumpster in the 800 block of East Hill Avenue.

Drug residue and drug paraphernalia was found in a women's restroom at a business on West Fifth Avenue. The items were disposed of by police.

Report of high school students smoking on a property in the 800 block of East Sharon Avenue. Police could not locate the students.

Police contacted a panhandler who was asking for money in front of a business on North Stratford Road. The subject voluntarily left the area.

A man was arrested for DUI in the 800 block of South Alder Street.

A man arrived at Moses Lake Industries and claimed he was a Homeland Security student and needed information about their protocol for terrorist activity and threats. The man was denied information and became irate. The man left and will be trespassed from the business when he is contacted by police.

Report of a male urinating in a bank's parking lot on South Ash Street. The business requested the man be trespassed from their location when he is contacted again.

A vehicle in the 800 block of East Sharon Avenue was egged with four eggs by unknown suspects.

Report of numerous items stolen out of a storage unit in the 1500 block of East Wheeler Road.

A man reported receiving a fraudulent phone call purporting to be from the Quincy Police Department telling him he had a warrant.

A man reported that someone had shot a bullet through his garage three days earlier.

A man reported that someone disconnected his security camera.

A shop was reportedly broken into.

A man reported that a neighbor’s dog kept trying to attack people in his driveway.

A man reported tools and a firearm stolen out of his truck.

Jeremy Comstock, 36, city of residence not listed, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for second-degree possession of stolen property.

Benjamin Keller, 35, of Moses Lake, was booked on two outstanding Grant County District Court warrants for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Armando Almendarez, 32, city of residence not listed, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

John Cattin, 32, city of residence not listed, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI.

Desarae Trevino, 26, city of residence not listed, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI.

James Ferguson, 48, of Soap Lake, was arrested and booked on a Department of Corrections secretary's warrant for possession of a stolen vehicle and possession of a controlled substance.

Antonio Falconer, 20, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for possession of methamphetamine, possession of heroin, third-degree theft, escape of community custody, third-degree attempted escape of community custody, obstructing a public servant and a DOC secretary's warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

Kayleigh Wortham, 27, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for possession of meth, first-degree criminal trespassing and an outstanding GCSC warrant for third-degree assault, possession of meth, possession of heroin and third-degree theft.
