GRANT COUNTY WATER CONSERVANCY BOARD NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CHANGE OF GROUNDWATER PERMIT G3-28950P TAKE NOTICE: That LBT Enterprises, LLC. of Ephrata, WA has made an APPLICATION FOR CHANGE/TRANSFER of Water Right to change the points of withdrawal and the place of use of Groundwater Permit G3-28950P to the Board. The Board has designated such application for active review and has assigned number GRAN-17-03 to this application. The Department of Ecology has assigned their tracking number CG3-28950@2. That Groundwater Permit G3-28950P with a priority date of February 7, 1991 has current authorization, under Department of Ecology record number CG3-28950@1, for the withdrawal of 100 gallons per minute, 9 acre-feet per year, for continuous group domestic supply of 9 homes in Grant County, Washington, WRIA 41. The points of withdrawal are two wells: one well located within the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Sec. 25, T. 21 N., R. 24 E.W.M. and one well located within the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Sec. 26, T. 21 N., R. 24 E.W.M. The place of use is in the S 1/2 NW 1/4 and W 1/2 SW 1/4, all within Sec. 24, T. 21. N., R. 24 E.W.M. That the proposed new points of withdrawal are two wells in WRIA 41: one well located within the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Sec. 26, T. 21 N., R. 24 E.W.M. and one well located within the N 1/2 NE 1/4 of Sec. 26, T. 21 N., R. 24 E.W.M. The proposed new place of use includes maintaining the existing place of use, the S 1/2 NW 1/4 and W 1/2 SW 1/4, all within Sec. 24, T. 21. N., R. 24 E.W.M, and adding an additional 40 acres in the N 1/2 N 1/2 NE 1/4 of Sec. 26, T. 21 N., R. 24 E.W.M. There are no changes to the authorized amount off water or to the authorized purpose of use. Any interested party may submit comments, objections, or other information to the Board regarding this application. The comments and information may be submitted in writing or verbally at any public meeting of the Board held to discuss or decide on the application.
