We are recruiting to fill a full time Housing Clerk position The successful applicant will perform case management of 130 units and determines continued eligibility of tenants and applicants, maintains waiting list and performs a variety of office and clerical duty as required. Preferred Qualifications: High School or GED English and Spanish speaking required Experience and Knowledge Skills: Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Work, Excel and Outlook) Good communications skills 10 Key Starting wage is $11.50 to $12.00 per hour depending on experience. Benefit packing included. PUBLIC NOTICE Washington Growers League , 406 W. Chestnut Ave, Yakima, WA 98902, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project, Mattawa Slope Seasonal Farmworker Housing, is located at 230 Pat Chee Drive SW in Mattawa in Grant county. This project involves 3.1 acres of soil disturbance for Residential construction activities. All discharges and runoff goes to ground water. Any persons desiring to present their views to the Washington State Department of Ecology regarding this Application, or interested in Ecology's action on this Application, may notify Ecology in writing no later than 30 days of the last date of publication of this notice. Ecology reviews public comments and considers whether discharges from this project would cause a measurable change in receiving water quality, and, if so, whether the project is necessary and in the overriding public interest according to Tier II antidegradation requirements under WAC 173-201A-320.
