March 23

Report of accident at a business at 12056 N. Frontage Rd. Victim was helping load a vehicle into a trailer when he was pinned between two cars. Victim was medically cleared at the scene.

Report of theft from a residence in the 2000 block of South Crestmont Drive. Victim said unknown suspects broke into a shed and stole a firearm and tools. Weapon was described as a pistol, 7.5-inch barrel, estimated value, $700. Stolen tools included battery-powered hand tools, welder and welding mask, and toolboxes and tools. Estimated value $3,100.

Report of theft from a business at 601 S. Pioneer Way. Subject was seen on video leaving store with items subject didn’t pay for.

Report of fraud. Victim said she had received a phone call about an outstanding warrant, requiring immediate payment. Unknown suspects took money from victim’s bank account.

Report of vandalism at a residence in the 8600 block of Northeast Harris Road. Unknown suspects broke a window in the residence's back door, but no sign of forced entry.

A 41-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.

A 34-year-old man was arrested on outstanding misdemeanor warrant.

A 15-year-old boy was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

March 24

A 33-year-old man was arrested on outstanding Grant County warrants.

Report of driver allegedly driving through fence at a residence in the 3100 block of West Wapato Drive, then hitting a curb and trash cans and almost hitting pedestrians at a business at 420 West Wanapum Dr. An 18-year-old man was arrested for DUI. His car was towed.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident on East Wheeler Road. Driver of vehicle 1 was driving west on Wheeler; driver of vehicle 2 allegedly made a left turn out of a private parking lot in front of vehicle 1.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 4000 block of Northeast Longview Street. Driver of vehicle 1 backed into vehicle 2.

A 28-year-old man was arrested for second-degree burglary, third-degree theft and an outstanding Grant County misdemeanor warrant after the man attempted to return items he had taken off the shelf at a business at 1005 N. Stratford Rd. While leaving the business, the officer saw a 33-year-old man who had an outstanding warrant and arrested him also.

Report of a one-vehicle accident in the 500 block of West Edgewater Lane. Driver lost control of the vehicle, drove through the cul-de-sac and ran over the Grant County PUD island. The driver, 15 years old, was cited for driving without a valid driver’s license and wheels off the roadway.

Report of two-vehicle, hit-and-run accident in the 300 block of South Pioneer Way. Driver of vehicle 1 slowed down and was rear-ended. Driver of vehicle 2 fled the scene.

Grant County Jail

March 23

Anthony Alvarado, 40, Moses Lake, was booked into the Grant County Jail on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Julie Ennis, 30, Grand Coulee, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for first-degree criminal trespassing and third-degree theft.

David Serrano, 26, Quincy, was booked for DUI, reckless driving and second-degree driving with a suspended license.

Julian Quintero, 36, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for two counts of driving without a valid driver’s license.

Elizabeth Ruiz Tavera, 19, Quincy, was booked on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections order.

Javier Alvarado, 41, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Anthony Reyes, 29, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI.

March 24

Gabriel Toscano, 33, Warden, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for possession of methamphetamine.

Joshua Wilharm, 33, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for criminal solicitation.

Lisa Valdez, 40, Ephrata, was booked for possession of methamphetamine and an outstanding WDOC warrant.

Mario Yepiz, 18, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for two counts of DUI, hit and run (unattended), and third-degree malicious mischief.
