Charles H. Featherstone/Columbia Basin Herald Tony Matthews and Carol Garneau, both members of the School Levy Committee, put up a sign Saturday morning in front of Dream Acres Espresso in Cascade Valley in support of the upcoming Moses Lake school levy vote.
