March 19

Report of vehicle theft at a residence in the 1200 block of West Ivy Avenue. Victim said the vehicle was stolen sometime between midnight and 9 a.m. Vehicle is described as a 1999 Ford Ranger, with oversized 32-inch tires and a sticker of a hunter and bird dog in the back window.

Report of one-vehicle, minor injury accident in the 1700 block of South Clover Drive. Driver of vehicle 1 was traveling at a high rate of speed, attempted to turn from Clover to Pilgrim Street and lost control, hitting a fire hydrant and light pole. One passenger complained of shoulder pain and was transported by a family member. Six occupants of the vehicle, all high school students, were released to family members.

Report of theft from a business at 500 S. Pioneer Way. Suspect set off the alarm as she was leaving, then ran away when her purse was searched.

Report of theft from a business at 601 S. Pioneer Way. Unknown suspect stole a cart filled with merchandise.

Report of two vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of Northeast Randolph Road and Road 7 Northeast. Driver of vehicle 1 was turning right onto Randolph Road, turned wide and hit vehicle 2.

A trailer was reported stolen from a gated area.

A woman reported that her sister was throwing things at her.

O2 and acetylene tanks were reported stolen.

A shed was reportedly broken into.

A woman reported that her daughter’s uncle came by her residence strung out on drugs to see the daughter, and threatened the woman’s fiancé.

A woman reported that her neighbor was harassing her.

A woman reported seeing her neighbor exchange a bag for a number of rifles.

Grant County Jail

March 19

Jakob Rowell. 24, Ephrata, was booked into the Grant County Jail on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Jessica Gibson, 29, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Eric Ramirez, 18, Moses Lake, was booked on a Grant County Superior Court order to serve five days in jail.

Tabitha Wurzer, 36, Warden, was booked on an outstanding Benton County warrant for destruction of property (domestic violence).

Juan Montemayor, 33, Warden, was booked on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

Jesus Ibarra, 23, no address listed, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for obstructing law enforcement, third-degree malicious mischief and two counts of third-degree theft.
