NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ADOPTING RESOLUTION AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF PORT DISTRICT NO. 8 OF GRANT COUNTY Port District No. 8 of Grant County (the "Port of Warden") shall hold a public hearing on April 17, 2018, at 5:00 p.m, or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Port of Warden office located at 605 West 1st Street, Warden, Washington, to receive public testimony on the proposed amendment of the Port of Warden's Comprehensive Plan to update the comprehensive scheme for development, construction and maintenance of the Port of Warden's properties. STATE OF WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS FOR SEASONAL CHANGE/TRANSFER OF WATER RIGHT UNDER TWO (2) GROUND WATER CERTIFICATES TAKE NOTICE: That Warden Hutterian Brethren Trust of Warden, WA, have made application for a seasonal change/transfer of water right in order to add nine integrated wells and change the place of use as granted under Ground Water Certificate No. 2486-A together with Certificate of Change No. Vol. 1-3 Pg. 42, and Ground Water Certificate No. G3-01424C. That Certificate 2486-A together with Certificate of Change Vol. 1-3 Pg. 42 authorizes the withdrawal of 720 gallons per minute, 360 acre-feet per year from three wells, each year, for seasonal irrigation of 90 acres. That the authorized point of withdrawals are located within: two wells within the NE1/4NE1/4of Sec. 5, T. 18 N., R. 31 E.W.M., and one well within SW1/4SE1/4 of Sec. 32, T. 19 N., R. 31 E.W.M.
