Family Discovery Day, hosted by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is taking place Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Othello Stake Center, 1200 East Rainier Street.
The event aimed at ages 12 and up, will features classes on discovering your family tree, learning techniques to preserve family legacy, and web indexing. Classes will be offered in English and Spanish. Those attending are encouraged to bring a laptop or tablet if attending the web indexing session. The public is invited to attend and is not member-specific.
