The current water level on the Potholes reservoir is 1,044.05 feet; the same as last week’s level. The water temperature is 37 degrees — but should start rising with the warmer air temps and longer days.
Now is the time to get your tackle organized and trips planned. Spring is fast approaching and the Potholes Reservoir and many of the Seep Lakes are open year around with many more opening April 1. Early season trout fishing on both the Reservoir and Seep Lakes can be fantastic. Walleye fishing will be picking up as the water warms, as will the bass fishing.
Now is a great time to come visit MarDon Resort and the Reservoir. We are still on our Winter Rate schedule — making your stay very economical. We are also running a Spring Break Special March 23 thru April 15. Stay three nights — pay for two!
