A 32-year-old woman was arrested on an outstanding Grant County warrant.

Report of juveniles smoking marijuana in a cul-de-sac on West Lakeside Drive. Drugs and paraphernalia were confiscated; charges for MIP are pending.

Report of attempted fraud at a business at 200 East Broadway Ave. Unknown suspect attempted to phone in a fake prescription.

Report of stolen vehicle from a residence in the 2300 block of West Marina Drive.

Report of attempted theft at a business at 601 South Pioneer Way. Unknown suspect attempted to steal about $250 of merchandise, but left it inside the business. Suspect left in a white 4-door passenger car.

A man, no age given, was arrested on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

A 24-year-old man was arrested for two counts of second-degree assault (domestic violence).

March 9

A 51-year-old man was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence) and an outstanding Grant County warrant.

Attempted traffic stop in the 500 block of North Kentucky Drive. Vehicle fled, ran a stop sign and almost hit another vehicle. Car was found later on Kentucky and was towed pending a search warrant.

Report of vehicle theft in the 400 block of South Canterbury Lane. Victim heard vehicle being started and saw it driving away about 4 a.m. Vehicle is described as a black 1996 Ford F-150 truck, Washington license B26071N.

A juvenile, no age listed, was arrested on an outstanding Grant County warrant.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at North Stratford Road and West Mart Road. Driver of vehicle 2 was stopped at the light and was rear-ended by vehicle 1. Driver of vehicle 1 was arrested on an outstanding WDOC warrant.

A 23-year-old man was arrested on outstanding Spokane County warrants for driving without required ignition interlock and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at 601 South Pioneer Way. Driver of vehicle 2 was driving north on South Pioneer Way; driver of vehicle 1 was waiting to make a left turn. Driver of vehicle 1 thought the road was clear and started to turn left, running into vehicle 2.

Report of burglary at a residence in the 1100 block of South Grand Drive. Thieves stole electronic tablets, a video game and controllers.

Report of vandalism in the 1600 block of South Skyline Drive. Reporting party said unknown suspects broke the windshield on his work truck sometime between 9 and 10:30 p.m.

A man, no age given, was arrested for vehicle theft and possession of controlled substances.

March 10

A 28-year-old woman was arrested for possession of controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A man, no age given, was arrested for two counts of obstructing law enforcement. Officers responded to a report of domestic dispute; when they responded, the suspect broke drug paraphernalia he was carrying and resisted when he was handcuffed.

Report of theft at a residence in the 200 block of East Linden Avenue. Reporting party said package had been stolen from the porch the previous day.

A man, no age given, was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) after a report of a domestic dispute between family members in the 400 block of East Brown Avenue.

Report of stolen car at a business at 723 West Third Ave. Victim was warming up his car after work when unknown male suspect jumped in and rove away.

March 11

A man, no age given, was cited for DUI and released to family members. His vehicle was towed.

A woman, no age given, was arrested for DUI.

A 34-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Grant County warrant for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Report of theft from a business at 221 W. Broadway Ave. Unknown male suspect stole kitchen appliances.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of East Fifth Avenue and South Division Street. Driver of vehicle 1 attempted to make a U-turn and hit vehicle 2. Driver of vehicle 1 was cited for failing to yield the right of way.

A fight at a business between the manager and an employee was reported.

Russell Jones, 59, Moses Lake, was booked into the Grant County Jail for unlawful imprisonment (domestic violence) and interfering with reporting domestic violence.

Jorge Ponce, 29, Quincy, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for DUI and reckless driving.

Calub Parker, 23, Marlin, was booked on outstanding Spokane County warrants for driving without required ignition interlock and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Jose Cervantes Nava, 31, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

Casandra Nanamkin, 27, Nespelem, was booked for second-degree taking a motor vehicle without permission and third-degree possession of stolen property.

Brandon Wenning, 29, Othello, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Robin Carlberg, 27, Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.
