Gilberto Vargas, 24, was booked for second-degree assault.
Tiffany Payne, of Ephrata, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Douglas County warrant for violation of an occupational driver's license.
Slade Fortner, 24, of Royal City, was booked for first-degree trafficking stolen property, second-degree theft, vehicle prowling and second-degree malicious mischief.
Brian Speed, 41, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a Department of Corrections warrant and four outstanding Grant County District Court warrants.
Tanna Roybal, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on three outstanding GCDC warrants.
Ramon Reyna, 23, of Warden, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Adams County warrant for violation of a no-contact order.
Quianna Ellis, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for first-degree driving with a suspended license.
Jonathon Sanchez, 25, of Quincy, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for harassment.
Seth Million, 26, of Ephrata, was booked for fourth-degree assault.
Alexander Combs, 24, of East Wenatchee, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for possession of marijuana under 40 grams.
Kelsey Rogers, 19, of Ephrata, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault.
