City of Moses Lake Notice of Application and Public Hearing Smith Martin Parkview LLC submitted an application to alter the existing Parkview PUD Major Plat by creating 6 smaller lots from what is currently Lot 1. The existing building on Lot 1 was demolished after it was determined that it would not be suitable for multi-tenant commercial and residential use. Total site area is 2.38 acres and is zoned R-3 Multi-family Residential. The application was submitted on Feb. 8, 2018 and was determined to be complete and ready for review on February 23, 2018. The site is located at 922 Division Street. The project has been determined to be consistent with the City=s Comprehensive Plan, and the following development regulations are applicable to the project: Moses Lake Municipal Code (MLMC) Title 14: Environmental Regulations, Title 16: Buildings and Construction, Title 17: Subdivisions, Title 18: Zoning, and Title 20: Development Review Process. PUBLIC NOTICE The Port of Royal Slope is looking to hire a part-time maintenance person who has knowledge of water system operations, pipes, pumps, and valves. Responsibilities may include being the inspector on waterline construction projects, exercising valves, reading meters, responding to alarms within 30 minutes, being "on call" most weekends, general maintenance on pumps, cleaning water facilities, etc. The person selected should live within 25 miles of the Port office.
