Report of fraud. Reporting party said unknown suspect was making withdrawals from ATM account.

Report of fraud. Reporting party found numerous unauthorized charges on his bank account.

Report of theft at a business at 120 S. Wiser Lane. Unknown suspect walked onto the property, forced a door, entered an office and stole a small safe with an undisclosed amount of cash inside, then stole the business’s service truck. Truck is described as 2008 Chevy Silverado with a white side-mount tool box on the driver’s side.

Report of theft at a residence in the 700 block of South Alder Street. Unknown suspects opened a delivery box and stole about $75 in merchandise.

A juvenile male, no age listed, was arrested on two outstanding Grant County juvenile warrants.

Report of vehicle prowl in the 1000 block of South Eastlake Drive. Victim said unknown thieves had stolen her wallet and 3/4 tank of gas.

A woman, no age listed, was cited for theft after allegedly attempting to change prices on items in the self-checkout at a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd.

Report of theft in the 1500 block of South James Avenue. Reporting party said she was unloading a van; while she was away from the van her purse was stolen. Later in the day her credit cards were used in attempted fraudulent purchases, and a suspect was identified. A man, no age listed, was contacted in the 400 block of Schnierla Avenue.

A 23-year-old man was arrested for second-degree burglary and fourth-degree assault after he allegedly attempted to steal merchandise from a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd., and assaulted store employees when they tried to talk to him.

Report of theft at a business at 960 N. Stratford Rd. Unknown female and male suspects allegedly concealed items and left without paying.

Report of vandalism at a business at 1066 South Division St. Reporting party said he found the rear window to his truck broken after leaving the business.

Report of vandalism at a residence in the 500 block of South Clover Drive. Juvenile suspects damaged plants in the yard, estimated value $40.

Report of theft from a residence in the 1400 block of West Marina Drive. Reporting party said former caregiver took items, no value given, is no longer providing care and hasn’t returned the items.

A man, no age listed, was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.

A welder, grinder and drill were reported stolen off a trailer.

A woman reported her vehicle had been broken into during the night.

A woman reported that a window on her residence had been broken.

A store reported that persons who had previously used a stolen credit card were back on the premises.

A woman reported that her ex-boyfriend was throwing her personal items out of the car into a yard.

A man reported that the rear windows on his trailer had been broken.

A woman reported that she lost her gun in the family rest room at a rest area.

A business reported that a male came in and tried to go behind the counter and take money.

Dustin Duville, 33, Moses Lake, was booked into the Grant County Jail for second-degree residential burglary.

Jose Sanchez, 22, Ephrata, was booked on outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrants for theft of a motor vehicle, residential burglary and third-degree theft.

Ken Taylor, 32, Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant for two counts of third-degree rape of a child.

Dion Brown, 30, Soap Lake, was booked for first-degree criminal trespassing.

Michael Clements, 44, Moses Lake, was booked for violation of a no-contact order.

Jacob Rearden, 29, Moses Lake, was booked on an out of county warrant for DUI.

Braidon Wals, no age listed, Houston, Texas, was booked on an outstanding Chelan County warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Eric Castro, 33, Ephrata, was booked for indecent exposure.

Fidencio Mercado Leal, 43, Quincy, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for DUI.

Aaron Mack, no age listed, Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant.

Chase Gariano, 34, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for a 30-day commitment and an outstanding GCDC warrant for driving without ignition interlock.

Phoenix Johnson, 19, Moses Lake, was booked for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Latasha Weyer, 27, Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for harassment.

Nelia Gamboa Contreras, 29, Quincy, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for first-degree criminal trespassing, fourth-degree assault, interfering with reporting crime and third-degree malicious mischief.

Steven Smith, 30, Moses Lake, was booked for possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Silver Garcia, 31, Quincy, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant for unlawful imprisonment.
