A man, no age listed, was arrested on an outstanding Grant County warrant after being contacted for jaywalking at the intersection of North Stratford Road and West Valley Road.
A 33-year-old woman was cited for third-degree theft after she allegedly tried to substitute cheaper merchandise for more expensive merchandise at a business at 1005 N. Stratford Road.
Report of vehicle prowl at a residence in the 2100 block of West Basin Street. Thieves stole tools, estimated value $20.
Report of theft at a business at 1005 N. Stratford Rd. A 26-year-old man was arrested; he actively resisted and hit the officer during the arrest. He was charged with third-degree assault, third-degree theft and obstructing law enforcement. A 24-year-old woman was arrested after she attempted to hit the business’s security officer, and also resisted arrest. She was arrested for third-degree theft, fourth-degree assault and obstructing law enforcement.
