Report of graffiti on the east side of a garage in the 1100 block of West Gary Street.
Report of an underage male driving with open alcohol containers and a child in a vehicle in the 600 block of South Pioneer Way. Police could not locate the vehicle.
A woman reported a package was stolen from in front of her residence in the 1100 block of South Ashley Way.
A woman requested extra patrols in the 300 block of West Knolls Vista Drive after not receiving mail for several days.
A subject was cited for third-degree theft and released from police custody after they were caught not scanning items at the self-checkout lane at Walmart.
Report of tires slashed on a vehicle in the 1800 block of West Crouse Street.
Report of subjects on the roof of Lakeview Elementary. Police could not locate the subjects.

A woman reported that she woke up to find her car stolen.

Kyle Grinnell, 26, of Grand Coulee, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for operating a vehicle without a valid operator's license and an outstanding Chelan County District Court warrant.
Darren Trumble, 38, of Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.
Trenton Hallam, 41, of Spokane, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI.
Juan Chacon, 22, of Gig Harbor, was arrested and booked on an outstanding East Wenatchee warrant for third-degree malicious mischief and tampering with a witness and an outstanding Douglas County warrant for keeping a disorderly house.
Jeffrey Olsen, 49, of Coulee Dam, was booked on a Department of Corrections detainer.
Krystal Sims, 26, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for bail jumping and a DOC secretary's warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
Marcus Garcia, 27, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI.
Abraham Beltran, of Quincy, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Douglas County warrant.
Fernando Delgado, 31, of Quincy, was arrested and booked on two outstanding GCDC warrants for DUI.
Eliazar Sanchez, 23, of Quincy, was arrested and booked for fourth-degree assault.
Christopher Schwaller, 51, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree theft and a DOC warrant.
Julio Ramirez, 29, of Ephrata, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault and third-degree malicious mischief.
Andy Garza, 40, of Soap Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for residential burglary and two counts of third-degree malicious mischief.
