June 13

Report of an erratically driven vehicle in the area of South A Street and West Cascade Avenue. Police could not locate the vehicle.

A bicyclist was struck by a vehicle in the 500 block of North Stratford Road. The bicycle rider refused medical treatment.

A woman reported seeing a suspicious person in a van contacting subjects at Cascade Park and watching children. Police are searching for the van and driver.

A man reported his credit card was fraudulently used at a business in the 2700 block of West Broadway Avenue.

A man reported his credit card was used to purchase a room at a local hotel.

A woman became upset and made verbal comments about harming herself at Winco after she was told they could not cash her check.

An unknown person advised adult videos were being displayed on the side of a residence in the 4300 block of Miller Drive Northeast. Police could not corroborate the report.

A woman reported that an unknown female was pounding on her door.

An office was reportedly broken into during the night.

Janai Dial, 25, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for possession of methamphetamine.

Jason Gibbens, 36, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant.

John Headley, 52, of Moses Lake, turned himself in on a Grant County District Court commitment for DUI.

Larry Fry, 19, of Grand Coulee, was arrested and booked on a Department of Corrections secretary's warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

Michael Rocha, 32, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license and a DOC warrant for probation violation.

Cassandra Graves, 28, of Grand Coulee, was arrested and booked on a DOC secretary's warrant for second-degree theft-access device.

Jeffrey Hentz, 38, of Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree malicious mischief.

James Milner, 30, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a DOC warrant for escape of community custody and an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree malicious mischief.

Douglas Dahl, 70, of Ephrata, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for failure to register as a sex offender.

Reymundo Hernandez, 40, of Mattawa, was arrested and booked for first-degree assault and felony harassment.

Charles Marchioni, 40, of Quincy, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license and an outstanding GCSC warrant for second-degree burglary.
