CITY OF OTHELLO INVITATION TO BID FOR OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER Sealed bids to provide the service as the Official Newspaper for the City of Othello for 2018/2019 will be accepted by the City Clerk's Department up to 12:00 p.m. (noon) on June 29, 2018.
