Richard Glenn, 40, Quincy, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for second-degree burglary and second-degree possession of stolen property, and an outstanding GCSC warrant for first-degree driving with a suspended license.

Jose Rodriguez, 27, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for witness tampering.
