Notice of Application June 12, 2018 Notice is hereby given that a Short Subdivision application was received by Grant County on May 25, 2018 from the Bonnie G. Burden Trust/ Janet Tyler, Trustee (Designated Contact: Otto Burden, 10922 Trailrider Pass, Littleton, CO 80127) was found to be technically complete on June 12, 2018. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of two parcels that make up Farm Unit 17, Block 42 and which are approximately 94.88 acres in size combined to create two (2) lots in the Agriculture (AG) zoning district.
