Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of West Third and West Broadway avenues. Driver of vehicle 1 was cited for failing to yield.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at East Yonezawa Boulevard and South Perch Avenue. Driver of vehicle 1 ran into a trailer being pulled by vehicle 2. Driver of vehicle 1 was cited for failing to yield.

Report of false alarm at Frontier Middle School. Student pulled the fire alarm, causing evacuation of students and staff. Charges are pending.

A woman, no age given, was charged with third-degree after she was found improperly scanning items in the self-checkout at a business at 1005 N. Stratford Rd.

Two female subjects, no ages given, were cited for third-degree theft after they allegedly were found attempting to steal merchandise from a business at 1005 N. Stratford Rd.

Report of fraud. Reporting party said unknown suspect fraudulently signed for a prescription at a business at 500 S. Pioneer Way.

Report of damage to mailboxes at South Skyline Drive and East Nelson Road. Small tan four-door vehicle hit the mailboxes and destroyed them.

A 22-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

A 50-year-old woman was cited for third-degree theft after allegedly attempting to steal merchandise from a business at 960 N. Stratford Rd.

June 9

Report of theft from a residence in the 1000 block of South Division Street. Reporting party said a tow hitch was stolen from his vehicle. Suspect was filmed on video; he is described as a white male with tattoos on both arms, wearing a gray tank top.

Report of theft at a business at 1005 N. Stratford Rd. A 30-year-old woman was charged with theft.

Report of theft in the 2300 block of West Marina Drive. Reporting party said she left her bike outside, unlocked, and left for a period of time. When she returned her bike had been stolen and a different bike left in its place. Estimated value of stolen bike is $500.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 1000 block of West Marina Drive. Driver of vehicle 1 backed up and hit vehicle 2, then drove away. Driver was found in Warden and arrested for an outstanding warrant and hit and run, attended.

A 25-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding WDOC warrant after the car in which he was a passenger fled from police. The driver fled down West Broadway and Third Avenue, driving recklessly. The vehicle was located about 20 minutes later on Northeast Road 4; driver and suspects ran from the car into a field. Two of the five occupants were located at a residence in the 4800 block of Road M Northeast.

A man, no age given, was cited for DUI while riding a motorcycle. The bike was impounded.

June 10

A 28-year-old man was cited for DUI.

Report of theft from a business at 500 S. Pioneer Way. Unknown suspects took two bottles of liquor and left without paying.

A 26-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding WDOC warrant.

A 34-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Spokane County warrant.

Report of attempted fraud. A 34-year-old man was arrested for forgery, financial fraud and second-degree theft after he allegedly tried to cash a fraudulent check with fraudulent ID. He allegedly was found with a second fraudulent check.

Report of theft from Larsen Playfield, 610 W. Yakima Ave. Reporting party said two backpacks were stolen from her truck while she was watching a game at the field.

A man, no age listed, was cited for theft after he allegedly attempted to steal merchandise from a business at 1005 N. Stratford Rd.
