June 5

Several pieces of mail were found in the Winco parking lot underneath a truck. The mail was taken to the post office and will be mailed back out.

Two female students at Moses Lake High School assaulted another female in the locker room.

Report of three watches missing from a residence in the 700 block of West Loop Drive.

Police assisted the Moses Lake Fire Department with a possible gas leak/methamphetamine lab in the 2000 block of West Broadway Avenue. No signs of drugs were found in the residence.

Report of graffiti on a retaining wall behind a business in the 900 block of West Broadway Avenue.

A 16-year-old MLHS student was found to be in possession of marijuana at school.

Report of orange cones stolen from a work site in the area of East Broadway Avenue and South Balsam Street. The suspect stated he borrowed the cones and would return them immediately.

June 6

Report of a lost, or possibly stolen, purse from Safeway.

A subject camping in an alleyway behind a business in the 100 block of West Third Avenue was permanently trespassed from the location.

A woman reported her child's father physically assaulted her in the 600 block of South Hawthorne Drive. The suspect fled the scene on foot.

Report of an elderly female driving erratically in the area of state Route 17 and East Broadway Avenue. Police could not locate the driver.

Report of juveniles swinging on a street sign and smoking cigarettes in the area of South Skyline Drive and East Nelson Road. No damage was done to the sign and police could not locate the juveniles.

A subject causing a disturbance at a business in the 100 block of West Broadway Avenue was permanently trespassed from the business.

Report of a dangerous dog almost biting a woman in the 4300 block of West William Avenue. Police cold not find the dog in the area.

A woman reported that her ex chased her home from work in violation of a restraining order.

An adult male reportedly kicked and punched a juvenile for stealing something.

A man reported a firearm missing.

A woman reported that her garage had been broken into and a safe stolen.

Mail was reported stolen.

Items were reported stolen from a trailer.

A stolen vehicle was reportedly found in an orchard.

A farm truck was reported stolen.

A business reported a forklift stolen.

A gun was reportedly found in the street.

A woman reported her vehicle stolen.

May 6

A woman reported that her ex was harassing her.

A rental unit was reportedly broken into.

A man reported that his neighbor’s residence had been broken into, the screen door had been kicked in and the bedroom screen removed.

A woman reported that her baby’s father was breaking things in the house and refusing to leave.

A woman reported that her son was being harassed via phone calls and texts.

May 7

A woman reported that her roommate was threatening her.

Bowdrea Nicolai, 28, city of residence not listed, was arrested and booked for possession of methamphetamine.

Jessie Rodriguez, 28, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a Department of Corrections secretary’s warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

Kelvon Kallowat, 26, of Elmo, Mont., was arrested and booked for possession of a stolen vehicle.

Lacie Upshaw, 28, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for possession of a stolen vehicle.

Gerardo Romero, 25, of Hatton, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for harassment.

Stephen Allen, 49, city of residence not listed, was booked for second-degree attempted assault and harassment.

Amber Bearcub, of Coulee Dam, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for third-degree possession of stolen property.

Ella Warrick, 39, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for possession of meth, possession of Suboxone, second-degree burglary and third-degree theft.

Roman Bone, 39, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for second-degree burglary, third-degree theft, obstruction and an outstanding East Wenatchee warrant for disorderly conduct.

Christian Salazar, 19, of Spokane, was arrested and booked for violation of a no-contact order and obstruction.

Ian Libby, 27, of Quincy, was arrested and booked on a DOC secretary’s warrant for first-degree robbery and outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock system.

Amber Reynolds, 27, of Moses Lake, was booked for second-degree theft.

Anthony Garza, 31, of Quincy, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for second-degree theft and two counts of forgery.

Ladean Anderson, 45, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for DUI.

Jodi Shines, 48, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on two counts of theft of a motor vehicle and second-degree kidnapping.

Daniel Manning, 32, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on two counts of first-degree assault, first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, fourth-degree assault, third-degree malicious mischief, hit-and-run of an unattended vehicle and second-degree driving with a suspended license.
