A man, no age listed, was cited for DUI. His vehicle was towed.

Report of vehicle prowl in Blue Heron Park. Reporting party said he went fishing and found his vehicle had been searched when he returned to the car. Thieves stole a set of golf clubs and golf bag, estimated value $100.

A 29-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

Report of vehicle stolen from a residence in the 1400 block of South Sunset Drive. Victim said the car was stolen sometime overnight.

Report of theft at a business at 1005 N. Stratford Rd. A 32-year-old woman took a cart of items without paying. Case is still under investigation.

Report of burglary at a residence in the 900 block of East Ball Court. Suspects were witnessed entering a residence through a kitchen window. A 41-year-old man was arrested for outstanding Grant County warrants. The case is still under investigation.

A 40-year-old man was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

A 31-year-old man and 45-year-old woman were arrested after allegedly trying to steal merchandise from a business at 1005 N. Stratford Rd.

A 36-year-old man was cited for reckless endangerment and first-degree negligent driving.

A 26-year-old man was arrested for possession of a stolen car. A passenger in the car, a 28-year-old man, was arrested for possession of methamphetamines.

Report of suspicious package at a business at 1075 West Broadway Ave. Packaged cubes were coated in an unknown substance. Items were in an envelope addressed to a person in New York.

Report of attempted fraud. Caller told reporting party he had missed jury duty and was the subject of a warrant. Caller then tried to extort money from the reporting party, demanding $2,600 in gift cards. The reporting party recognized the fraud and declined to send the cards.

A 28-year-old woman was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle.

A 28-year-old man was cited after he allegedly was caught changing price tags at a business at 1005 N. Stratford Rd.

A 25-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Grant County misdemeanor warrant.

A 28-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at South Division Street and East Nelson Road. Officer was on scene for an earlier collision and witnessed the accident as it occurred. Driver of vehicle 1 turned in front of vehicle 2.

Report of theft from a business at 1005 N. Stratford Rd. Two unidentified male suspects took a cart of merchandise without paying.

Report of a theft in progress at a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd. A 39-year-old woman was arrested for possession of controlled substances, second-degree burglary and third-degree theft. A 39-year-old man was arrested for second-degree burglary, third-degree theft, obstructing law enforcement and on an outstanding East Wenatchee warrant.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 1900 block of West Marina Drive. Driver of vehicle 1 drove away from the residence and hit a parked, unoccupied vehicle, pushing it into a tree.

Report of a counterfeit $100 bill. Customer used it to pay for taxi fare.

Holly Below, 38, Grand Coulee, was booked for possession of methamphetamines and fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Zachary Henderson, 42, Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree theft.

Joshua Tonasket, 24, Keller, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for driving without a valid driver’s license or other identification.

John Kelly, 43, Moses Lake, was booked for DUI.

Cameron Wickizer, 28, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant.

Anthony Sutton, 49, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Sonoma County, Calif., warrant for grand theft.

Javier Alvarado, 41, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Jeremy Schemper, 40, Moses Lake, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Juan Silva Olivarez, 46, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Kari Doughty, 60, Electric City, was on outstanding GCDC warrants for failing to transfer vehicle title and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Jesse Rodriguez, 28, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

Kelvon Kallowat, 26, Emo, Mont., was booked for possession of a stolen vehicle.

Lacie Upshaw, Moses Lake, 28, was booked for possession of a stolen vehicle.

Gerardo Romero, 25, Hatton, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for harassment.

Stephen Allen, 49, no address listed, was booked for second-degree attempted assault (domestic violence) and harassment (threats to kill).

Amber Bearcub, no age listed, Coulee Dam, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for third-degree possession of stolen property.

Jesus Martinez, 49, Othello, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
