Father's Day breakfast planned

The Desert Aire Airport will be a buzz with airplanes from all over the area that will be flying in to enjoy the annual Father’s Day weekend hardy sausage, pancake and eggs breakfast Saturday, June 16.

Breakfast will be served from 8 a.m. to noon in the large hangar at the east end of the field. Desert Aire is unique as one of the few airports featuring fly-in homes, with a beautiful 18-hole championship golf course, new community swimming pool, and plenty of beach and water access. Maintaining the airport runway, taxiways and apron areas are funded by donations.
