Report of subjects possibly luring or watching children at Garden Heights Elementary. Police learned the subjects were from out of state and attending a graduation.

A dog who killed three chickens in the 1000 block of West Ivy Avenue was taken to the animal shelter.

Report of flowers damaged at a business on West Marina Drive by two people. One of the subjects was arrested and the other was identified by police.

A suspect was arrested for theft at Walmart after they were caught stealing $150 worth of children's clothing.

Raul Gonzalez, 69, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for fourth-degree assault.

Kyle Jessen, 20, of Renton, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for minor intoxicated in public.

Armando Rubio, 30, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a Department of Corrections secretary's warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

Duane Bolton, 23, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for fourth-degree assault.

Jose Sandoval, 20, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for driving without a valid operator's license.

Isaiah Fenton, 23, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for reckless driving.

Sherman Rowland, 57, city of residence not listed, was arrested and booked on a DOC order for arrest.

Emilio Vargas, 26, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a DOC secretary's warrant for criminal mischief while armed with a deadly weapon.

Kenya Valencia, 23, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for possession of methamphetamine and heroin.

David Alaniz, 38, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for fourth-degree assault.

Karl Groenke, 35, of Mattawa, was arrested and booked on three outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree driving with a suspended license and an outstanding GCDC warrant for first-degree criminal trespassing.
