River Dogs no. 2 unable to advance out of pool play at regionals

GILLETTE, Wyo. — River Dogs No. 2 finished 1-4 at the Babe Ruth regional tournament in Gillette, Wyo.

The River Dogs dropped their first three games to Primetime 10-3, the Calgary Blues 7-6 and Kelso 12-4.

The River Dogs were able to beat Montana 14-1 before losing to tournament runner-up Casper Crush 8-4 in their final game.

Tre Spencer was 10-for-15 over five games and Klayton Northup homered twice and had seven hits.
