Notice of Application and Proposed DNS Date of Notice: July 24, 2018 Notice is hereby given that a Discretionary Use Permit application and SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on July 5, 2018 from 3MI, LLC (Designated Contact: Bruce Mathews, PO Box 456, Moses Lake, WA 98837, 509-750-0416) were found to be technically complete on July 17, 2018. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being utilized. PROJECT: The applicant is proposing to construct a mini-storage facility which includes six (6) buildings at a total of approximately 61,000 sq. ft. of building coverage. ADDITIONAL PERMITS REQUIRED: Building Permits STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The project site is located on the west side of Stratford Rd. NE at the corner of Maple Dr NE & Stratford Rd NE. The parcel is located in the SE 1/4 of Section 10, Township 19 North, Range 28 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #17-0403-000. PRESENT ZONING: Urban Commercial 2. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
