July 19

A man advised he was approached by an unidentified male in the area of North Central Drive and West Valley Road. The male used his fingers as if they were a gun and told the victim he was going to get him. The victim said he wants to pursue charges against the suspect.

Report of an infant locked in a vehicle on Owen Road Northeast. Police were able to unlock the vehicle. The infant did not require medical attention.

A man damaged a door during an argument with a woman at a residence on West Columbia Avenue. The man was in possession of prescription pills and was taken into custody for the warrant, possession of the pills and malicious mischief.

Report of a package stolen from outside of a business on West Broadway Avenue.

Report of a package stolen from outside of a residence on South Hawthorne Drive.

A woman required medical attention after a physical altercation with an unknown suspect at McCosh Park.

Report of two bikes stolen from a residence on West Edgewater Lane.

Report of loud music coming from a vehicle parked at Montlake Park. Police advised the driver to turn to music down.

July 20

Report of a possible homeless camp behind a hotel on North Stratford Road. A used syringe was found and disposed of by police.

A man reported his cat is missing and he believes it was stolen.

Report of subjects drinking alcohol at a public park. One of the subjects found to be in possession of meth and was arrested on drug charges and a confirmed warrant. A male was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant. The suspect was found to be in possession of heroin.

Report of juveniles throwing objects at a vehicle in the area of West Valley Road and North Grape Drive.

Police spoke with children who were throwing apples into the roadway on West Loop Drive.

Police contacted an intoxicated male who passed out next to a business on West Broadway Avenue. The man was arrested on a confirmed warrant.

July 21

A male with a misdemeanor warrant out for his arrest was taken into custody in the area of North Paxson Drive and West Valley Road.

Report of an intoxicated male driver at a gas station on North Stratford Road. The male was arrested and booked into jail for DUI.

A subject was permanently trespassed from Walmart and removing a price tag from a hat and wearing the hat out of the store without paying for it.

A woman told police she could overhear her neighbors plotting to kill her. Police confirmed the conversations did not take place.

A man was arrested after assaulting a person on West Cascade Avenue and breaking the victim’s cell phone.

Report of a suspicious person trying to sell purses in front of Grocery Outlet. Police determined no crime had occurred.

Report of three juveniles riding bikes on west Broadway Avenue. The juveniles said they were riding in the bike lane. The juveniles were advised by police to stay on the sidewalk.

July 21

A man reported seeing a possible missing child in a vehicle on North Stratford Road. Police could not locate the vehicle.

A woman reported hearing several gunshots outside her residence on Mattson Avenue. Police located several shell casing at the scene. There are no suspects at this time.

Report of four fishing poles stolen out of a shed on East Fifth Avenue.

Report of a jet ski stolen from a residence on North Crestview Drive.

Report of a male and female stealing from Walmart. Police could not locate the suspects.

Report of prescription medications stolen out of a vehicle on West Valley Road.

July 20

Maksim Avdeyuk, 30, Moses Lake, was booked into the Grant County Jail for possession of heroin and on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for second-degree possession of stolen property.

Lance Simons, 38, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for first-degree negligent driving.

Angel Esquivel, 45, Wenatchee, was booked for violation of a no-contact order (domestic violence).

Ivan Velasquez Aquino, no age listed, Odessa, was booked on an Adams County warrants for second-degree criminal trespassing and third-degree theft.

Kerry Tyler, 27, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant for two counts of residential burglary and two counts of second-degree burglary.

John Bowers, 23, Harrington, was booked on an Okanogan County warrant for DUI.

Brandon Hass, no age listed, Granite Falls, was booked on out of county warrants for two counts of possession of a stolen vehicle.

Tolentino Nunez Cruz, no age listed, Mattawa, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for two counts of DUI.

July 21

Bogdan Shytba, 37, Soap Lake, was booked for DUI and driving without required ignition interlock.

Jose Macias, 20, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for disorderly conduct and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Henry Ornelas, no age listed, Moses Lake, was booked for outstanding Grant County warrants for DUI and reckless driving.

Victor Cano, 23, Warden, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for false reporting.

Matthew Walker, 26, Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree possession of stolen property.

Jeffery Norfleet, no age or address listed, was booked for second-degree criminal trespassing.

Brandon Johnson, 28, Warden, was booked for second-degree burglary and third-degree theft, and an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree theft.

Jessica Haddican, 33, Warden, was booked for second-degree burglary and third-degree theft.

Rigoberto Perez Garcia, 35, Moses Lake, was booked for DUI.

Eddie Navarro, 27, Warden, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for DUI and third-degree malicious mischief.

July 22

Javier Alvarado, 41, Moses Lake, was booked for possession of methamphetamines, possession of heroin and third-degree theft.

Mark Moshiri, 41, Denver, Colo., was booked on outstanding Seattle municipal warrants for harassment (domestic violence), telephone harassment and possession of marijuana.

Shane Moser, 23, Moses Lake, was booked for third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).

July 23

Armando Estrada Escobar, 20, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for first-degree negligent driving and second-degree driving with a suspended license.

Nelwin Renovales, 27, Providence, R.I., was booked for first-degree trespassing.
