Wenatchee unable to rally against Bellingham

WENATCHEE — Evan Williams had two RBI, however, the AppleSox lost to the Bellingham Bells 6-2.

Bellingham chased Wenatchee starter Grady Miller after four innings and opened up a 5-2 lead through five innings.

The Bells led 5-0 before Williams’ two-run double.

The AppleSox were unable to string much together, totaling just four hits. Tyler Chipman pitched two innings of scoreless relief.
