Betty Lorene Krug Wilson July 9, 1930 - June 29, 2018

Betty Lorene Krug Wilson passed away softly in her sleep June 29, 2018. Betty was born July 9, 1930 on the farm to Otto Krug and Rebecca Krug (Sackmann). Her passing has truly left a giant hole in our lives and will be forever in our hearts.

She was a real character, had a sense of humor, was compassionate and was a talented artist along with being a master baker.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Marvin Wilson and her father and mother. Betty is survived by her brother Harry (Francis) and their children Kim, Kaylene, Kyle and Kami; Betty’s son Richard (Michelle) and Richard’s kids Micah, Sarah (Scott) their daughter Laine, and mom Jean; Betty’s daughter Marlene (Chuck) and Marlene’s children Jody, Jed (Corissa) and their daughter Jocelyn; niece Pam and her mom, our aunt Peggy; nephews Butch, Mike, Steve and Ronnie in Oklahoma and many more family and friends. I’d love to name you all but you know who you are. Thanks.

Betty was a great mother, sister, aunt, grandmother and great-grandmother (Great – ha ha!). A graveside service will be held at Paradise Flats Cemetery in Connell, Wash. Sept. 29, 2018 at 3 p.m. Thank you to all who loved her like we have through her many years in Connell, at the lake, and in Spokane. We know she has touched many young lives through her work as the Best Secretary Ever at Olds Junior High. She oh so loved that job and shared many stories. Thanks to all her friends who have been there for us through the years and the wonderful caregivers of mom. How great you are! She loved you all so much. Thank you from her family.
