Walleyes swept on the road by Blues

WENATCHEE — The Moses Lake Walleyes were swept by the Apple Valley Blues in Wenatchee 7-4, 19-0.

In the opener, the Walleyes drew within one run before Wenatchee added a pair in the bottom of the fifth inning.

Andrew Frew drove in one run on a sac fly in the first and an RBI single in the third.

It was all Apple Valley in Game 2.

The Blues scored 19 runs on 17 hits in a game that ended in the fifth inning. The Walleyes were no-hit by Wenatchee pitcher TJ Thompson.

Colton Files and Nolan Dorrey had three RBI each to lead the Blues.
