The Moses Lake City Council adopted the following ordinances at their meeting held on June 26, 2018. ORDINANCE NO. 2902 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING MOSES LAKE MUNICIPAL CODE SUBSECTION 2.08.040 TITLED 'MAYOR AND COUNCIL,' REPEALING CHAPTERS 2.36, 2.39, 2.44, 2.48, and 2.50 TITLED "BOARD OF LIBRARY TRUSTEES, LODGING TAX ADVISORY COMMITTEE, PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION, PLANNING COMMISSION AND MUNICIPAL AIRPORT ADVISORY BOARD;" AND ESTABLISHING A NEW CHAPTER 2.36 TITLED "CITIZEN ADVISORY BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS" The ordinance removes Board of Library Trustees and consolidates regulations of all Boards and Commission into one Chapter. ORDINANCE NO. 2903 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MOSES LAKE MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER 2.92 TITLED "ELECTED OFFICIALS" The ordinance updates the names of all Boards and Commissions in which the Council may not serve on. ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Directors of Moses Lake School District No. 161 in the school district Board Room at the Central Washington Region Transportation Cooperative, 940 E.
