June 28

Report of a suspicious person in the 600 block of West Edgewater Lane. The man was under the influence of drugs and alcohol and was transported to a relative's home by police.

Report of numerous items stolen out of a vehicle in the 200 block of North Elder Street.

An unknown suspect stole a $789 cell phone from Walmart.

An unknown suspect left a gas station in the 1800 block of East Kittleson Road without paying for fuel.

A man advised of a squatter living in a trailer in the 1800 block of West Broadway Avenue. Police were unable to locate the person at the location.

Report of a theft at Safeway. One of the two suspects was located and arrested for third-degree possession of stolen property.

A woman was arrested for shoplifting at Walmart.

A woman reported that her stepson broke her door and was threatening to break all her windows.

Jose Martinez, 25, of Quincy, was arrested and booked on outstanding Grant County District Court warrants for driving without a valid operator's license and fourth-degree assault.

Steven Perez, 31, of Quincy, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC case.

James Ghent, 26, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for driving without a valid operator's license.

Jerome Mead, 34, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for third-degree possession of stolen property and retail theft with special circumstances.

Aurelio Hernandez, 33, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC commitment.

Fernando Torres, 18, of Quincy, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant.

Robert Loomer, 39, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for driving without a valid operator's license.

Ravenne Washburn, 21, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for fourth-degree assault.

Gage Washburn, 22, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for fourth-degree assault.

Derelle Favors, 22, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for possession of a stolen vehicle.
