ORDINANCE NO. 2889 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18.65 OF THE MOSES LAKE MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED "MANUFACTURED HOME PARKS" (This summary is published pursuant to RCW 35A.12.160.
