Notice of Determination of Non-Significance Well #3 Replacement: The City of Othello issued a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) to drill a replacement well near Well #3. This project does not have any probable significant adverse environmental impacts. This decision was made after review of an environmental checklist and other information on file with the City. Comments on this DNS will be accepted until 5:00 PM on Jan. 31, 2018 at City Hall, 500 E. Main Street, Othello.
