MOSES LAKE SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 161 GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Resolution No. 2018-01, that the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Moses Lake School District No. 161, Grant County, Washington (the "District") will hold a public hearing on January 25, 2018, starting at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the MLHS Theater, located at 803 Sharon Ave. E., Moses Lake, Washington. The purpose of the public hearing is to: (a) consider whether certain state and/or local circumstances should cause alterations to the specific expenditures from the proceeds of the District's general obligation bonds and State of Washington financing assistance originally authorized in Resolution No. 2016-10; and (b) receive public testimony. If the Board determines that alterations are in the best interests of the District, the Board may, at a future public meeting, adopt a new resolution or amend Resolution No. 2016-10 approving specific alterations. All residents of the District wishing to be heard should appear at the public hearing and present their views.
