Report of a firearm theft in the 1100 block of West Abbey Road.

A man reported receiving a fraudulent phone call from a person claiming to represent the IRS.

Mail was located at the Japanese Garden on South Alder Street.

A man reported receiving a fake $20 bill with his change at a business in the 1000 block of West Broadway Avenue.

Report of a woman driving with a child on her lap in the 500 block of C Street. Police could not locate the vehicle.

Report of a hit-and-run collision in the 2700 block of West Broadway Avenue.

A woman reported her 13-year-old daughter was inappropriately touched. No suspects were named.

Two men were arrested at Walmart after they were spotted stealing merchandise from the business.

A man reported that someone had just stolen his vehicle.

A business reported tires stolen.

A man reported that his residence had been broken into.

A woman reported that a man chased her daughters home from school.

A man reported that someone broke into his house and took the keys to his car and the locks off the door.

A man reported that two individuals stole his credit card and possibly stole a gun from a gun safe as well.

Jan. 18

Matthew Valenzuela, 32, was arrested and booked on a Department of Corrections warrant.

Brian Speed, 41, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a DOC case for probation violations.

Antonio Mena, 23, of Yakima, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant.

Brittany Brown, 29, of Ephrata, was arrested and booked on a DOC secretary's warrant for probation violations.

Gary Wood, 28, of Everett, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Jessica Andrews, 37, of Nespelem, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for first-degree criminal trespassing.

Christopher Sasser, 37, of Royal City, was booked on two outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
