Jan. 17

Report of a vehicle stolen from the 100 block of West Knolls Vista Drive.

A stolen vehicle was located in the 1100 block of North Stratford Road. A man was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of heroin and a felony warrant.

A woman reported an unknown person backed into her vehicle in a parking lot on East Third Avenue.

Two panhandlers were asked to move off of private property in the 1000 block of North Stratford Road.

Report of two tires slashed and a windshield broken on a vehicle in the 1100 block of West Market Street. A male suspect was found and taken into custody for outstanding warrants.

Report of an unknown male attempting to open a door at a residence in the 900 block of South Division Street. The suspect left the area heading north on Division Street.

Several people were located at McCosh Park after hours. Marijuana was located on the floorboard of the vehicle the subjects were in. One person was arrested on a warrant and the marijuana was confiscated.

A woman reported hearing what sounded like someone trying to open her back and side doors.

A vacation home was reportedly broken into.

A man reported that his grandson stole his vehicle, and that it had happened before.

A suspicious male was reported walking around looking through vehicles.

A man reported that a person under a no-contact order came to his residence and knocked on the door.

A man reported his residence broken into.

A man reported that his garage had been tagged.

A woman reported that she heard someone trying to open her back door and that they might have hurt one of her dogs.

A man reported that someone broke into his vehicle and stole a 9mm handgun from the console.

A church was reportedly broken into.

A business was reportedly broken into.

A man reported that his ex-wife’s husband was trespassing.

A man reported that a female struck him in the face because she thought he had grabbed a thumb drive instead of the marijuana.

A woman reported her vehicle broken into.

A 2-year-old boy was reported walking by himself.

A man reported a dog attacking his dog.

A tractor was reported stolen.

A woman reported that someone used a chair to climb over her back fence and entered her residence through a back window.

A phone was reported stolen.

Three males were reported doing drugs in a parking lot.

Cattle were reported on the side of the road.

Mail was reported stolen.

A woman reported her dog stolen.

A flatbed trailer was reported stolen.

A man reported a pit bull going after a horse.

Jan. 17

A woman reported that a private investigator was harassing her son.

A man reported finding his stolen backhoe.

A female caller reported that a male was chasing her 10-year-old sister.

A man reported that a group of dogs had him trapped in his vehicle.

Jan. 17

Joshua Wilharm, 33, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for DUI, reckless endangerment, criminal solicitation and third-degree malicious mischief.

Damien Rasmussen, 26, Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for third-degree theft, and an outstanding WDOC warrant for possession of controlled substances.

Roman Valdez, 19, of Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding Grant County District Court warrants for driving without a valid operator's license, minor in possession of alcohol and possession of marijuana.

Tanner Parmer, 34, of Soap Lake, was arrested and booked on two outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Isacc Flores, 18, of Moses Lake, turned himself in an outstanding GCDC warrant for minor in possession of alcohol.

Daniel Simpson, 30, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for possession of a stolen vehicle and possession of heroin.

John Buchmann, 54, of Soap Lake, was arrested and booked on a Department of Corrections secretary's warrant for probation violations.

Kenneth Cole, 58, of Ephrata, was arrested and booked on a DOC order for arrest and detention.

Tia Haynes, 30, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree theft.

Timothy Daniel, 37, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI and an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for second-degree burglary, third-degree assault and second-degree malicious mischief.
