Report of theft at a business at 300 E. Ninth Ave. Sometime over the weekend, unknown suspects broke into the business and stole a battery, estimated value $250.

Report of vandalism at West Nelson Road and South Eastlake Drive. Three juvenile suspects were breaking glass bottles in the road, and were required to clean it up before being released.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of North Stratford Road and West Mart Road. Drivers of vehicle 1 and vehicle 2 were stopped at stoplight; driver of vehicle 1 didn’t notice the light had turned green and was rear-ended by vehicle 2.

Report of vandalism at a church at 935 West Valley Road. Unknown suspects cut the lock off a storage shed, but didn’t take anything.

Report of stolen vehicle at a residence in the 600 block of South Peterson Place. Owner said the car was stolen and a subject was texting her, telling her he had the car and wasn’t bringing it back.

A man, no age given, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

A man, no age given, was cited for DUI.

Report of attempted theft of a business at 520 W. Third Ave. Unknown suspects pried open the building’s back doors, but didn’t take anything.

Jan. 15

Oscar Diaz Pineda, 23, Ephrata, was booked into the Grant County Jail for two outstanding Adams County warrants for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Jason Kneff, no age or address listed, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

James Bortz, 49, Ephrata, was booked for violation of a no-contact order.

Eddie Navarro, no age listed, Warden, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for DUI and third-degree malicious mischief.

Triston Duplichan, 21, no address listed, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for hit and run and two counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Michael Bona, 37, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for two counts of DUI, three counts of driving without required ignition interlock, one count of second-degree driving with a suspended license and three counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license.
