Jan. 9
Report of two males with backpacks looking into backyards in the area of North Shrike Street and West Badger Street. Police could not locate the subjects in the area.
A business in the 900 block of East Nelson Road reported receiving a fraudulent phone call from a person who claimed the business had not paid their power bill.
Winco Foods advised a man who was previously trespassed from their location entered the store on Jan. 9 and was taking pictures of security cameras.
Report of a woman approaching children and offering them candy. The woman was contacted and police determined no crime had occurred, as the woman said she was giving out leftover candy canes.
Report of a suspicious person hanging out behind a building in the 1000 block of West Broadway Avenue. The suspect said he had stopped to smoke a cigarette.
Report of a vehicle struck in the Ross parking lot. The suspect vehicle fled the scene and was not located.
Police responded to a business in the 1000 block of North Stratford Road for a burglary alarm. The building was found to be secure and nothing appeared to be out of order at the location.

Gabriela Ruiz, 23, of Pasco, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for third-degree theft.
Jeremy Gilbert, 30, of Ephrata, was booked on a Department of Corrections detention order.
Chelise Boren, 29, of Puyallup, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree theft.
Krista Fujihara, 29, of Kennewick, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Kolton Dana, 25, of Soap Lake, was arrested and booked on a DOC case.
Jose Magana Magana, 20, of Kennewick, turned himself in on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court bench warrant.
William Jacobsen, 32, of Moses Lake, was booked on a DOC warrant for probation violations.
Shaun Cockrill, 31, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI.
Martin Argomaniz, 42, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for fourth-degree assault, third-degree malicious mischief, obstructing a law enforcement officer and interfering with reporting of domestic violence.
Jesse Criswell, 36, of Soap Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for first-degree criminal trespassing and third-degree malicious mischief.

Trinity Olsen, 27, of Warden, was arrested and booked for theft of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen vehicle and an outstanding Adams County District Court warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Martin Cazarez, 24, of Quincy, was arrested and booked on two outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Theresa Deich, 28, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree theft and a DOC secretary's warrant.
Juan Silva, 24, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for attempting to elude a police vehicle.
