NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE Grant County has issued a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (WAC Chapter 197-11) for the following project: A Conditional Use Permit and SEPA checklist to allow the expansion of Grove Terrace Mobile Home Park Two by eight (8) spaces. The project site is located at 9998 Maple Dr. NE, Moses Lake, at the intersection of Maple Dr. NE and Stratford Rd. NE. The site is located in the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 10, Township 19N, Range 29E, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcels #17-0320-000 & #17-0319-005. After a review of a completed Environmental Checklist and other information on file with Development Services, Grant County has determined that this proposal does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment.
