Jan. 2

Officers attempted to contact a vehicle in the 600 block of Harborview. The driver fled on foot, but was apprehended after a pursuit.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of North Hamilton Road and East Wheeler Road.

Report of theft from a residence in the 800 block of East Plum Street. The first bike was stolen Dec. 31 and was described as a black Mongoose BMX-style, black with orange letters and pegs, estimated value, $150. A second bike was stolen the following night. Bike is described as a pink Subrosa BMX-style, estimated value, $590.

Report of assault at a residence in the 800 block of North Evelyn Drive. The suspect, a 26-year-old woman, allegedly forced her way into the residence and searched it, looking for a family member, and shoved the victim. Charges of first-degree burglary and fourth-degree assault are pending.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 1300 block of East Greens Loop. Driver of vehicle 1 backed out the driveway and hit vehicle 2, which was parked.

Report of pedestrian-vehicle accident in the 1400 block of North Grape Drive. Driver of vehicle 1 said he sideswiped the pedestrian while she was crossing the street. She said she was not injured.

A 26-year-old man was arrested on outstanding Grant County misdemeanor warrants.

A juvenile subject was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

A 56-year-old woman was arrested for possession of controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia and multiple misdemeanor warrants.

A 27-year-old man was arrested on outstanding warrants after he was discovered hiding under a blanket in the back of a van during a traffic stop.

A woman reported that a female on the premises was on drugs and refused to leave.

A man reported that door of his neighbor’s house was open and there was a mess inside.

A woman reported that her ex jumped into her window and was refusing to leave.

A woman reported that a male came to her residence to argue with someone, then threw a bottle at her and ran away.

Victorino Santiago Francisco, no age listed, George, was booked into the Grant County Jail for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Aaron Hayes, no age listed, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant for failing to register as a felony sex offender.

Shawn Entzel, 35, Moses Lake, was booked for violating a protection order.

Stephen Archer, 43, East Wenatchee, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for DUI.

Richard Lambert, 24, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for MIP and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Daniel Lyles, 21, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for three counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Barbara Payne, 57, no address listed, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree theft.

James Ghent, 26, Yakima, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for driving without a valid driver’s license and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Maricela Rivera Hernandez, 37, Moses Lake, was booked on first-degree theft.
