Report of one-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 100 block of East Eleventh Avenue. Driver of vehicle 1 was driving downhill and lost control on the ice, hitting a parked car.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at South Skyline Drive and East Brown Avenue. Driver of vehicle 1 lost control in icy conditions and hit vehicle 2.

Report of one-vehicle, non-injury accident at 1511 W. Broadway Ave. Driver of vehicle 1 hit a telephone pole. Driver was cited for driving without insurance.

Report of one-vehicle, non-injury accident at East Hill Avenue and South Division Street. Driver of vehicle 1 slid off the road on Hill Avenue and hit a parked car, which hit a second parked vehicle.

Report of several cars sliding in an attempt to get up the hill at South Eastlake Drive and South Ashley Way. Drivers were advised to wait until the ice was cleared.

Report of one-vehicle, non-injury accident at East Plum Street and South Hawthorne Drive. Driver of vehicle 1 slid on the ice and ran into vehicle 2, legally parked.

Report of one-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 900 block of South Juniper Drive. Driver of vehicle 1 slid on the ice, couldn’t turn the corner and ran into vehicle 2, which was parked.

Report of one-vehicle, non-injury accident at a business at 420 S. Wanapum Dr. Driver of vehicle 1 slid on the ice and hit a parked truck.

A man, no age listed, was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Report of one-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 900 block of South Skyline Drive. City plow slid on the ice and hit two parked cars.

A man, no age listed, was arrested for third-degree assault, fourth-degree assault and second-degree trespassing.

Report of mail theft from a residence in the 1500 block of South Judith Street. Reporting party said checks were stolen from his mailbox, and seven checks had all been written to the same subject. Checks added up to about $1,900.

Report of one-vehicle, hit and run accident in the 300 block of North Dale Road. Driver of vehicle 1 came around the corner, slid on the ice and hit vehicle 2, which was parked. Driver of vehicle 1 left the scene, but a piece of the grill from his vehicle was found at the scene of the accident.

Report of theft at a business at 2709 W. Broadway Ave. Suspect concealed items in the pockets of his coat and ran out of the business when confronted by employees.

Report of one-vehicle accident at South Ashley Way and South Ashcroft Place. Driver of vehicle 1 said he slid on the ice and hit a street sign.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at a business at 601 S. Pioneer Way. Driver of vehicle 1 turned into the road and was hit by vehicle 2. Driver of vehicle 1 was cited for failing to yield right of way.

Report of vehicle prowl at a residence in the 1000 block of South Division Street. Vehicle was broken into and about $50 in cash and victim’s cough medicine were stolen.

Report of stolen vehicle at a residence in the 600 block of South Burress Avenue. Car was recovered by the owner.

A woman, no age given, was arrested on outstanding Grant County warrants for second-degree burglary and third-degree theft.

A 33-year-old man was arrested for obstruction of law enforcement.

Report of subject refusing to leave Samaritan Hospital. The subject, a 26-year-old man, was arrested for interfering with a healthcare facility.

Report of attempted theft at a business at 3245 Rd. N NE. Unknown suspect damaged three vending machines.

A 47-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant

Report of theft at a business at 960 N. Stratford Rd. Suspect, a 45-year-old man, allegedly attempted to steal food from the business and tried to run when stopped by store employees. He was arrested for second-degree robbery and an outstanding WDOC warrant.

Report of two-vehicle, injury accident at East Third Avenue and North Block Street.

Report of shoplifting from a business at 960 N. Stratford Rd. The suspect, a 35-year-old man, was booked on an outstanding King County warrant.

A 20-year-old man was arrested for possession of a dangerous weapon, third-degree theft and on outstanding warrants after an alleged theft at a business at 815A N. Stratford Rd. A juvenile, no age given, was arrested on outstanding felony and misdemeanor warrants.

A 36-year-old woman was arrested on an outstanding Grant County misdemeanor warrant.

Report of vandalism at a residence in the 300 block of North Grape Drive. Victim said his right front tire was slashed, and he saw three men running away from his house.

A 51-year-old man was arrested for DUI and released to a family member.

Report of graffiti behind a business at 530 W. Valley Rd.

A man, no age given, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and a misdemeanor warrant.

A 47-year-old woman was cited for stealing wine and other items from a business at 960 N. Stratford Rd.

A 45-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding WDOC warrant.

Report of a two-vehicle, non-injury accident at East Broadway Avenue and South Pioneer Way. Driver of vehicle 2 attempted to change lanes and was rear-ended by vehicle 1. Driver of vehicle 1 left the scene; she was later located and charges are pending. A 27-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.

A 31-year-old woman was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant after a traffic stop.

Brandon Esparza, 22, Moses Lake, was booked for two counts of fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Ross Andrews, 52, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding Grant County District Court warrants for two counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Skyler Simpson, 31, Moses Lake, was booked for on an outstanding GCDC order for two days in jail and 40 hours community service on an original charge of DUI.

Johnnie Strong, 65, Soap Lake, was booked for third-degree malicious mischief.

Crystal Mabry, 29, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).
