Vacant house burns

Richard Byrd/Columbia Basin Herald Fire crews were able to put out a fire quickly at a house on East Hill Avenue at South Dahlia Drive in Moses Lake Monday morning. Fire officials confirmed the house is vacant, but the exact cause of the blaze is currently under investigation. There was no reported injuries and firefighters extinguished the fire before the house was completely destroyed.
