Lucio Lemos, 28, no address listed, was booked into the Grant County Jail for driving without required ignition interlock, obstructing law enforcement and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Feb. 16

Nadine Kile, 30, Moses Lake, was arrested on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for possession of controlled substances.

Ramon Vargas Contreras, 41, no address listed, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for DUI.

Tom Waters, 22, Grand Coulee, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree theft.

Christopher Peoples, 24, Grand Coulee, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for first-degree criminal trespassing, violation of no-contact order, third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence), and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Richard Severin, no age listed, Ephrata, was booked for possession of stolen firearm and manufacturing marijuana.

Carole Delarosa, 49, Moses Lake, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Gary Hibbs, no age listed, Soap Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for violating a protection order (domestic violence), fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and resisting arrest.

Pedro Olivan, no age listed, Royal City, was booked for DUI, attempting to elude law enforcement and driving without a valid driver’s license.

Jhea Whitney, 31, Lind, was booked for second-degree assault (domestic violence).

Aaron Mack, 35, Ephrata, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for two counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Terry Low, 45, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.
